CONCRETE MIXER DAILY CHECKLIST INSPECTION REPORT

A concrete mixer truck, also known as a cement mixer, is a unit used to mix water, stone aggregate, sand or gravel, and cement to form concrete economically and quickly.

Is a tool that combines aggregate cement such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A concrete mixer uses a rotating drum to mix the components. For smaller volumes it is common to use a portable concrete mixer so that the concrete can be made at the construction site.

The main structure of the concrete mixer truck

The structure of the concrete mixer truck includes chassis and top loading. This truck can be easily divided into 10 parts: chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank, discharging system, cleaning system, auxiliary frame, manipulating system, bracket system, feeding system and electrical system.

Chassis system

Is the main component of the mixer, the transportation function of the entire concrete mixer is realized by the chassis. The chassis is usually made from a special type II chassis which is manufactured by stereotyping after installation.

Hydraulic Transmission System

Machine power is converted to hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output to mechanical energy (speed and torque) by the motor, which provides power for the rotation of the mixer drum.

Mixing Tank

The mixer drum is the main component of the entire mixer truck and container for storing concrete. The drum mixer plays a decisive role in preventing concrete compaction and segregation. The inside of the tank has blades, which mainly play the role of stirring and guiding materials.

Discharge System

Usually includes the main discharging trough, additional discharging trough, locking rods, and so on. Additional discharging troughs can extend the length of the main discharging troughs.

Cleaning System

The cleaning system includes a pressurized water tank, water gun, water pipe, valve and so on. The main function of compressed air is to flush the hopper after loading and unloading, flushing the mixer drum and unloading trough after unloading, preventing the concrete from bonding.

Additional Framework

The sub-frame mixer is the main load-bearing part. The load during operation is supported by the mixer sub-frame and then transferred to the chassis. The sub-frame also reduces impact and reduces impact. The whole sub-frame consists of main beam, front support frame and rear support frame.

Manipulation System

The manipulation system consists of a controller, a connecting shaft, a flexible shaft and a connecting rod mechanism, which normally controls the speed and direction of the mixer drum.

Bracket System

The rear of the tank mixer is connected to the sub-frame, which primarily supports the drum body.

Feeding System

Includes hopper and feeding bracket. Due to the impact of wear on the feeding hopper, the material must have good wear resistance. Bracket reduces impact force.

Electrical System

Refers to the overall electrical aspects of the mixer, including tail lights, side indicator lights, gallery lights, cooling fans and motors.
